Meet the Browns
From making raptor noises in our sorority’s chapter room to becoming twenty-somethings, I would say that my friendship with this amazing woman has been one of the highlights of my young adult life - and now she has found someone who is willing to MARRY her!
Just kidding - it’s plainly obvious to me that Josh was made for Xochitl, and through our many hours of squabbling when we shared a room in our sorority house and even more hours contemplating the mystery that is man, I doubt that I could even have come up with someone better for her than Josh.
We decided to take their engagements in the place that they met, Denton, TX. It was a little chilly out, but Xochitl was a champ in a gorgeous sleeveless dress and we embraced the weirdness of Denton while still managing to grab some pretty beautiful moments between these two love birds.
Using Josh’s truck as a prop, we finished up our photo shoot at the old fairgrounds down the street from Downtown Denton. This was the first time I got to use a truck for an engagement session, and let me tell you - this little Texas girl can’t wait for the opportunity to do it again!
I am so incredibly thankful that I get to spend time like this with old friends. There’s something so special about getting to capture these beautiful moments in peoples lives - and the better I know the person, the more amazing it is for me!
